At around 11:40 pm on the 11th of last month, security guards blocked the resident A (35, Chinese) from the back door of an apartment in Janggi-dong, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, trying to enter the apartment by an acquaintance’s car. This is because unregistered vehicles cannot enter the resident-only entrance. However, Dr. A, who was drunk, spit and threw a chair at the window of the guard room, and shook his fists at two guards. One of the guards injured a rib bone due to Mr. A’s assault, and the other reportedly had a broken nose.
However, when the police arrived at the scene, the situation was over, and the requirements were not met, and they did not arrest Mr. A as a current criminal and took him to a hotel 500 meters away. The police explained, “Mr. A said that he would not return home, so in order to separate the hotel, he drove the hotel to the commercial area by a police car.”
However, as this fact became known late and controversy arose over the initial response, the police initiated an inspection.
