The younger brothers of actor Yoon Jeong-hee (real name Son Mi-ja, 77) are in a court battle for the status of’Guardian of Yoon Jeong-hee’ in Korea following France.

According to law enforcement officials on the 11th, the Seoul Family Court accepted an objection from Yoon Jeong-hee’s younger brother Son Mo (58) in the trial for the initiation of adult guardianship filed by Yoon Jeong-hee’s daughter, Paik Jin-hee, 44, who is suffering from Alzheimer’s dementia, and decided to participate on the 8th as a participant. I got down.

Earlier, his younger brother Son gave an opinion to the court that his nephew’s daughter, Baek, is protecting Yoon Jeong-hee in France, but there are inappropriate points in relation to the protection of property and personal identity, so he cannot do the best guardianship.

As a result of the decision on the eligibility of participants, Jung-hee Yoon’s younger brothers will formally participate in the procedure for appointing a guardian in the future courts.

If you are designated as a guardian, you have the right to personal information, property, and inheritance. It is known that Yoon Jeong-hee owns a considerable amount of property, including two apartments and deposits in his name.

They have fought not only in Korea but also in France for their guardianship status. Earlier, the French court confirmed his daughter Baek Jin-hee as the guardian of Yoon Jeong-hee, and Yoon Jeong-hee’s younger brothers objected, but it was not accepted.

Yoon Jung-hee’s younger brothers revealed through the Blue House National Petition website last month that “Yun Jeong-hee is being neglected by her husband and daughter in France.” Regarding this, her husband, Paik Kun-woo, who returned to Korea for a performance last month, repeatedly refuted, “Yun Jung-hee is doing well in peace and we have no problem.”
