Mr. A was charged with stabbing his wife several times with a weapon at his home in Buan County, Jeollabuk-do at 11:40 pm on October 25 last year.
The wife, who had injured her left arm and right hand, ran out of the house to avoid Mr. A and managed to save her life.
As a result of the investigation, A was drunk and asked for sex from his wife in the living room after returning home. When his wife refused, Mr. A brought the weapon from the kitchen and threatened his wife, saying, “Isn’t it because you had sex with another man?” When his wife refuted that “there is no such thing,” Mr. A stabbed his wife several times.
The wife desperately stopped the weapon and ran outside the house, and the residents who witnessed it reported it to the police. Mr. B was severely injured for 4 weeks of transposition.
The judge said in the ruling, “In this case, the victim was deeply stabbed into a weapon, inserted an iron core in his right hand, and underwent suture surgery because his muscle ruptured.” Is inevitable.” He added the reason for the sentence, saying, “We have submitted an agreement between Mr. A and the victim that he has a 3-year-old son and his wife does not want punishment.”
