According to the legal and cultural circles on the 22nd, her daughter Baek filed a request for a trial to initiate adult guardianship in the Seoul Family Court in October of last year, asking Yun to appoint herself as a domestic guardian on behalf of Yoon, who is struggling with Alzheimer’s. When you become a guardian, you act as a legal representative and have the right to personal information, property, and inheritance.
The time when Baek filed for a judgment was when an appeal trial by Yoon’s younger brothers was in progress against the case of a guardian judgment in France. On November 3, last year, the Paris High Court finally refused to accept the objections of Yoon’s younger brothers and raised his hand.
Accordingly, attention is paid to whether the domestic court will make the same judgment as the French court. Currently, the judiciary has requested an appraisal from the National Mental Health Center to accurately confirm Yun’s condition. It is decided whether to designate a guardian through an appraisal process.
It is possible that Yun’s younger siblings may object, as in France, or the court may designate a third party as guardianship. Currently, Yoon’s domestic property is known to have two apartments and a large number of deposits.
