Yoo In-seok, a former representative of Yuri Holdings (35), who was handed over to the trial on charges related to Burning Sun along with Seung-Hyun Lee (30, Seung-Hyun Lee), former member of Big Bang, objected to the sentence of the first trial and suddenly withdrew.

Earlier, on December 24, 2020, the 26th Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Court sentenced Yoo In-seok to 1 year and 8 months in prison and 3 years probation in the first trial for a total of 7 charges including Yoo In-seok and Yuri Holdings. “We admitted to the prosecution, and all of them were judged guilty because there was enough evidence, but we considered self-sufficiency, returned all dividends, and agreed to the sentencing,” he said.

After Yoo In-seok’s appeal was withdrawn, the court accepted it and decided to withdraw it on the 2nd, confirming the ruling of In-Seok Yoo’s first trial.

This trial was initially handed over to the defendant with former CEO Yoo In-seok, but as Seungri suddenly enlisted in the active military, it naturally attracted attention with the trials on various charges of former CEO Yoo In-seok and Yuri Holdings.

Former CEO In-Seok Yoo was charged with reporting the business to the ward office as a general restaurant rather than an entertainment bar (violation of the Food Sanitation Act) when operating the Seungri and Lounge Bar Monkey Museum, and the charges of using Yuri Holdings funds as employee attorney fees (embezzlement under the Specific Economic Crime Weighted Penalty Act). And business embezzlement), and between September 2015 and January 2016, they are charged with mediating prostitution to foreign investors (violation of the Prostitution Penalty Act).

Along with this, former CEO In-seok Yoo is also charged with paying about 1.2 million won for playing golf with Chief General Yoon-mo (50), who was called the “police chief,” in the so-called “Seungri Dan chat room” at a golf course in October 2017. Former CEO Yoo In-seok has admitted most of his allegations, but has argued that there is an unfair aspect to the embezzlement part.

On the other hand, Seungri has been prosecuted for several times mediating prostitution from overseas investors and accusing him of habitual gambling worth hundreds of millions of dollars at a casino in Las Vegas, USA, but the case was transferred to an ordinary military court while enlisting in the military, and a trial is in progress.

As Yoo In-seok actually accepted the ruling related to his allegations, his gaze naturally turned to the victorious military trial. In addition, Yoo In-seok’s procedure for the witness newspaper has also opened up the possibility of getting into a sudden rush.
