However, there are many cases where consumers disappear without knowing how to use it.

Card points disappear if you do not use them for 5 years after they are generated, but the disappearance of these points over the past 5 years has exceeded 100 billion points every year and reached 117 billion points last year alone.
As a solution to this, financial authorities and 11 credit card companies have released smartphone apps that allow you to check points and convert them into cash.
It eliminates the hassle of applying for each credit card company and converting it into cash.
In this app, you can search the points of the cards you use at once and enter the desired account.
There is also an app that allows you to cancel or change the automatic payment of communication charges at once at the KFTC without going through a credit card company, but the scope of application continues to expand.
