The tax burden is much higher for multi-homed people with two or more houses, and their movements have become more important in the future.

The national public price increase rate was 19.08%.

As a result, the burden of ownership tax, which is the combination of property tax and comprehensive real estate tax, is further increased.

The subject of imposition was 524,000 households nationwide, an increase of 210,000 households from last year.

For apartments with an official price of 900 million won, the ownership tax burden will increase from 1.82 million won last year to 2.37 million won this year, 550,000 won, and for apartments with 1.2 billion won, the ownership tax will increase by 1.3 million won from 3.22 million won to 4.32 million won.

In the case of Seoul, 130,000 households increased. Mapo and Seongdong, where public prices increase, and public price increases are low, but the burden of ownership tax is expected to increase in Gangnam 3 districts, where there are many high-priced houses.

For apartments with 2.14 billion won, the official price rose 17.2% from 1.28 billion won last year to 1.5 billion won this year.

Seocho-dong Acro River Park, Raemian Daechi Palace, and Jamsil Jugong 5 apartments are expected to increase from KRW 4 million to more than KRW 10 million.

In particular, the limit ratio for two houses increases to 300%, and for three houses or more, the tax rate is raised, which is of interest to multi-households in the future.

As the holding tax burden increased, the government lowered the installment limit from 5 million won to 2.5 million won, allowing it to be divided for up to six months.
