LH speculative loans are behind… Any additional list will be eligible

The government, which has professed the source of real estate speculation for public officials, first checks the speculation line of LH employees.
We plan to collect the loans by investigating the first 13 people, as well as the 7 additional people, who will be on the side of the future, and whether they have illegal loans.

Many of the 13 employees who purchased land in the new city, as revealed in LH’s own survey, borrowed money from North Siheung Nonghyup.
They bought 23,000 square meters of land in Guarim-dong, Siheung, and the loan they received amounted to 5.8 billion won.
In the field in Gwarim-dong, Siheung, where a manager-level employee bought 1,030 billion won in June last year, the maximum bond amount, which is usually 120% of the loan amount, is set at 780 million won.
I borrowed more than half.
On the same day, four employees who bought 1.510 billion won were also paid 900 million won, and when other employees bought the field in February last year, loans of 1 billion won were made.
An employee who is known to have bought land in various places in the new city’s planned site, known as the instructor, bought the land in Gyeonggi-do, and it turned out that he received a loan of about 100 million won from the Gangneung Nonghyup in Gangneung, Gangwon-do.
All these loans are farmland mortgage loans.
There are few banks, and the unit nonghyup gives it to farmers only.
This is why I am suspicious that it is because of this, pretending to be farming.
The government went through the Financial Supervisory Service to investigate their illegal loans.
“It is necessary to check how the loan was possible, whether there was no illegal injustice or negligence in the loan process, and whether there were any blind spots or complementary spots. Supervisory agencies such as the Financial Supervisory Service thoroughly investigate the process…”
The Financial Supervisory Service decided to investigate all 13 of these, as well as 7 additional LH employees, and loans from public officials suspicious of speculation that the Joint Special Investigation Headquarters will find out in the future.
As a result of the investigation, we plan to recover the loan as much as possible if it is found to be illegal or illegal.
