[앵커]

The Korean Volleyball Federation, which has been rippled by the past history of school violence by famous stars representing the league, is holding an emergency response meeting.

Let’s connect with reporters on the scene and listen to the details. Reporter Jo Seong-heum.

Yes, it is listed in the Korean Volleyball Federation.

Two hours have passed since the contingency meeting started to eradicate and prevent recent violence in school.

The federation has a policy to establish penalties for school violence players through careful discussion.

In the meantime, the volleyball federation, which manages the professional league, did not have a clear regulation on how to deal with violence during the school days of past players.

It is for this reason that the federation-level disciplinary action against players involved in school violence has not yet come out.

The Federation plans to go through formal disciplinary procedures against Heungkuk Life Insurance Lee Jae-young and Da-Young Lee, and OK Financial Group Song Myung-geun and Shim Kyung-seop after making the rules through today’s meeting.

As volleyball players’ school violence’Me Too’ continues to burst, the Federation is struggling to prepare additional countermeasures.

However, since each club has different interests, and if a player involved in school violence denies it until the end, disciplinary action may be difficult.

Players who admitted to being involved in school violence were disciplined by the club, right?

[기자]

Yes, as you said, the twin sisters Lee Jae-young and Lee Da-young were suspended indefinitely from their team, Heungkuk Life Insurance.

OK Financial Group Song Myung-geun and Shim Gyeong-seop immediately admitted to the school bully and imposed a’self-discipline’ for not participating in the remaining games this season.

The Korean Volleyball Association, which oversees amateur and national volleyball, has indefinitely disqualified these four players from the national team.

In addition, we plan to ensure that those involved in school violence will not be able to obtain leadership certification in the future.

If you add this to the Federation’s disciplinary action, which will be decided in the future, it will be difficult to see these players on the court for a long time.

So far, the Korean Volleyball Federation has delivered it.
