‘Happy’ twin sisters suspended business trip indefinitely and deprived national representatives

Lee Jae-young and Lee Da-young, the’twin sisters’ of Heungkuk Life’s women’s volleyball player who admitted school violence, have been deprived of their national qualifications indefinitely.
The Korean Volleyball Association said, “We have decided to exclude Lee Jae-young and Lee Da-young from the selection of national players in the future indefinitely.”
Lee Jae-young and setter Lee Da-young of the women’s volleyball team played a big role in the Asian final qualifiers of last year’s Tokyo Olympics and led the Korean women’s volleyball to advance to the Olympics for three consecutive times.
The Volleyball Association has stated that it is difficult to discipline the two players, the main axis of the national team, because it has passed 10 years.
However, after recognizing the importance of the matter, we held an emergency working-level meeting yesterday and decided to exclude Lee Jae-young and Da-young Lee from the selection of the national team indefinitely.
The association said, “Before the Tokyo Olympics, if you exclude the two players, the power loss will be great, but we have decided to make a severe punishment in terms of making a punishment for inappropriate behavior as a national player.”
The association also added that in the selection of national representatives, school violence perpetrators were excluded from the national representative indefinitely.
Accordingly, Song Myung-geun and Shim Gyeong-seop of OK Financial Group, a men’s volleyball player who was exposed to school violence, became difficult for the national team in the future.
Meanwhile, Lee Jae-young and Lee Da-young’s team, Heungkuk Life Insurance, also suspended the two players indefinitely.
As a result, the two players, who were at their peak, left the court without a deadline and faced the greatest crisis in their lives.
