The two companies have built a cooperative relationship since 2019 by jointly developing a non-face-to-face hotel platform using Internet of Things (IoT) technology.

With the acquisition, Yanolza will also strengthen cooperation with affiliated information technology for Y FLUX, a comprehensive hotel automation solution developed in-house.
