Lee Ju-hyung, the father of twin sisters Lee Da-young and Jae-young, who had been punished for controversy over school violence, said that the twin sisters are reflecting on them and hoped to forgive their daughters and give them a chance.
In an interview with JoongAng Ilbo on the 16th, Lee Joo-hyung said that the twin sisters said, “It seems that we are being punished for the actions we have been doing so far,” and “I will accept the criticism and live really right in the future.”
Mr. Lee said, “I’ve been sleeping for a few days to see if (daughters) will make extreme choices, but I’m glad that the children admitted and reflected on their mistakes.” In a text message from the twin sisters to her, he said, “If I can start, I’ll try again from the bottom.”
He added, “If anyone has done something wrong in the past, they have to put it all down.”
The parents of the twin sisters are sportsmen with national experience. His father, Joo-Hyung Lee, majored in athletics (two hammer) and currently led the athletics team at Iksan City Hall. Kim Gyeong-hee, his mother, participated in the 1988 Seoul Olympics as a place of information.
