According to the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Article 46 of the Copyright Act stipulates the’permission to use works’. This regulation stipulates that the use of the work of others, whether for commercial or non-profit, commercial or non-commercial use, without the permission of the original copyright holder is infringing on copyright.

Therefore, in order to use a work, you must obtain a license from the copyright holder, and you must consult about each type of use, such as indicating the source. However, the exception is the case where the CLC (a type of open license in which the copyright holder presents the conditions of use of the work in advance so that the user can use the creative work without asking for permission from the copyright holder) is marked.

Regarding the suspicion of unauthorized use of the SNS image, Lee Da-young left a message asking him to confirm the facts, but did not receive any response.
