More than 99.9% of the poor have subscribed to basic medical insurance. The poor have a place to receive medical treatment and a doctor, and can be covered by a medical insurance system. The problems of medical treatment and expensive medical expenses were also effectively resolved. Rural dangerous housing renovation has been implemented to enable the poor to live in safe housing. The drinking water safety and water quality improvement project in rural areas has solved the drinking water safety problem of 28.89 million people in the poor, and the amount of drinking water and water quality have reached the standard, benefiting 382 million rural populations.
