The Trump administration said it would vaccinate 20 million people within 2020, but only about 1 million people actually received the vaccine. Meanwhile, the Biden administration is pursuing a goal of vaccinating 100 million people during the first 100 days of its tenure. According to a Bloomberg survey, the United States has vaccinated an average of 1 million people a day since the beginning of the Biden administration’s tenure.

“The goal of achieving the 100 million inoculation is high at the moment,” said Klein, but “the ultimate goal of the Biden administration is above this.”

The Biden administration plans to expand vaccination sites and personnel first. First, work with the state to set up vaccination sites in conference centers, stadiums and gyms.
