According to Andong Ji-won of the Daegu District Law on the 22nd, the prosecution requested the court to sentence Wheesung to three years in prison at a trial for determination of acquaintances with Wheesung, who was prosecuted for discussions on violation of the Narcotics Control Act on the 19th. Wheesung is known to have admitted most of the prosecution’s charges.
Wheesung is accused of taking propofol several times around December 2019. In April of last year, the Gyeongsangbuk-do Police Agency investigated Wheesung in an imprisoned state and sent it to the prosecution with an opinion of prosecution. Wheesung’s sentence is scheduled to be held on March 9.
Wheesung was discovered after two medications last year, and was rumored. In both cases, Etomydate, a sleep-inducing anesthetic, was administered, but the case was not filed for being non-narcotic.
