They said, “For more than two weeks after the incident was known, the victims have not received proper treatment support.” Explained.
According to them, the head of the daycare center, who was accused of aiding abuse, is still attending the daycare center after resignation. They argued that “the support for victims has become inadequate due to the administrative convenience of the Seo-gu Office.”
Previously, the CCTV was disclosed to the media. In the video, the homeroom teacher swings a large cushion that is difficult to hold with one hand and strikes both faces. In particular, Miss A was known as a child in need of help due to autism symptoms, causing shock and anger.
When Miss A hits her face and falls backwards, the teacher even presses the faces of both A this time.
The abuse of Miss A does not end here. When Ms. A ran away to the corner of the room saying she would not take a nap, she was again abused by her homeroom teacher. It is a level that is difficult to see with both eyes open, such as being dragged by the head and being pushed on the floor.
Mr. A’s mother’s aunt (43) said, “A total of 148 scenes of child abuse appear in the CCTV footage recorded at the time.” Mr. Lee realized after watching the video that the teacher tied both A’s hair in order to drag the hair. “The child still does not allow anyone to touch the face or head,” he complained.
But it wasn’t just the teacher’s problem. If this case differs from the previous child abuse case, it is not an unusual problem, but the fact that all six of the child care teachers involved in child abuse.
According to the content revealed by five parents of the victims, there were only 268 cases of abuse committed by six teachers in about two months. They said, “I believed it was a place operated by the state, but I was betrayed.”
The teachers left the children unattended on the mat and cooked meat together during lunch time. The camera also caught the teachers laughing and enjoying themselves while being abused.
The child, less than two stones old, was beaten from time to time with a diaper and a rag. They were trapped in a dark blanket and made them terrified.
When the seriousness of the problem became known, the daycare teachers apologized to the parents of the victim, saying, “I acted unprofessional. I am sorry.”
All six childcare teachers in their 20s and 30s at the national and public daycare center and the director are under police investigation for abuse of 10 inmates, including children with disabilities, from November to December of last year.
