“A man is wearing a black thong and is ordering a drink.”

At a cafe in Busan, 112 reports were received that there was a customer in a state of’missing the bottom’ with his buttocks exposed, and the police pursued it. According to the Busan Police Agency on the 19th, this happened at a coffee shop in Suyeong-gu, Busan, around 11:7 pm the previous day.

The police are tracking the man by checking videos on the closed circuit (CC) TV of a coffee shop. In the video, the man was wearing a white windbreaker and black underwear with all his buttocks exposed. They are also wearing white shoes and socks. Men ordered coffee in these outfits and went to and from the store.

Meanwhile, in July 2019, a similar incident occurred in Chungju, North Chungcheong Province. At that time, a man in underwear was caught ordering coffee at a coffee shop in Chungju.

This man was called’Chungju T-panty Nam’ online, and after he appeared in a coffee shop in Wonju, Gangwon-do, he was arrested by the police.

At the time, the police reviewed the crime of obscene performance, but the bottoms worn by men were investigated as “short hot pants” instead of “t shorts,” and were handed over to a summary judgment on charges of violating the Minor Crime Penalty Act (overexposed). The summary judgment is a system in which the chief of police requests a judgment directly to the court for minor crimes such as a fine of 200,000 won or less and detention for less than 30 days.

The Busan police said that they were tracking down the’missing man’ who appeared the day before and reviewing the relevant laws.
