Samsung Electronics is holding new high school graduates at its Gwangju business site, which makes household appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines. It has been eight years since the company recruits new high school graduates for manufacturing jobs at the Gwangju plant, and it seems that the consumer electronics (CE) sector last year achieved the highest record ever last year.

According to Samsung Electronics on the 22nd, the company has been receiving support from a fifth-level regular worker in the Home Appliances Division, who will work at the Gwangju business site from the 17th. Qualifications for applications are those with a high school graduation or higher, and those with qualifications such as mechanical, electrical, and electronic are preferred. His job is a manufacturing job, and he will be working day and night shifts.

An official of the company said, “The Home Appliances Division’s Gwangju Plant is the largest production base of Samsung home appliances, and we intend to hire sincere and progressive talents who will lead the manufacturing technology of the plant.”

Applications can be submitted by the 24th through the Samsung Electronics Level 4 and 5 website. Following the process of job aptitude test for manufacturing workers on March 13 and interviews for 4-5 weeks in March, the final employment is held in April.

This time, it has been eight years since the new high school graduate. Samsung Electronics explained that this bond was prepared to respond to the recent increase in demand for household appliances and to strengthen manufacturing competitiveness.
