Geoje city 6.9%, Gyeongnam 7.67%, nationwide 10.37% increase

Geoje-si announced that as of January 1, 2021, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will conduct the procedure for viewing and hearing owners’ opinions on standard land prices (draft) of 520,000 parcels nationwide from the 24th to January 12th next year.

According to the “Real Estate List Price Realization Plan” announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on November 3, the standard land price is aimed at 90% of the market price by 2028 based on the market price surveyed by the appraiser.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s announcement, the rate of change in standard land price (draft) in 2021 increased by 10.37% nationwide, 12.38% in Sejong, 11.41% in Seoul, 11.39% in Gwangju, 11.08% in Busan, 7.67% in Gyeongnam and 6.9% in Geoje City. .

The published standard land price (draft) can be viewed on the website of the 「Realty Listed Price Alert」 (www.realtyprice.kr) or the civil petition office of the City/Gun/Gu office where the standard land is located.If there is an opinion, the land owner of the standard land can submit it online or in writing. As a result, it can be submitted to the appraiser in charge of the relevant standard land or to the land price management department of the City Land Information Division (☎055-639-3601 ~ 3603).

Geoje-si official said, “Standard land owners must read with interest as they have the greatest impact in determining the price level of individual public land prices, which are the criteria for assessing land and imposing national taxes, local taxes, and development charges. Please give it to me.”
