Various options for expanding international tourism flights… Select price/travel destination and type

Airlines looking for a breakthrough in the crisis of the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) are offering a variety of products as they expand non-landing international tourism flights.

According to the airline industry on the 27th, domestic airlines are planning to operate more than 20 flights next month as they expand non-landing international tourism flights.

Korean Air plans to operate non-landing international tourist flights three times on March 6th, 13th and 27th. Asiana Airlines will conduct sightseeing flights on the 14th, 20th and 28th of next month. Both airlines operate on the A380, which is called the’hotel in the sky’.

Low-cost airline (LCC) Jeju Air will conduct international tourism flights on March 7th, 13th and 21st. Jin Air operates five times on the 1st, 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th of next month. Air Busan is scheduled to operate on June 13, 20 and 27, T’way Air on 20 and 27, and Air Seoul on June 14 and 21.

As options become more diverse, you can choose a cheap trip for duty-free shopping and a’luxury’ flight, which was difficult to experience, depending on the price of each airline. Jeju Air and Air Busan sell from 99,000 won based on a one-way total fare. On the other hand, Korean Air’s A380 first class is sold for 499,000 won through Hanjin Tourism. Korean Air and Asiana Airlines can also purchase with mileage.

Most sightseeing flights fly over Japan, but there are many cities to travel. Jeju Air and Air Busan fly over Tsushima, while Asiana Airlines and T-Way Air fly over Fukuoka.

Air Seoul plans to fly around the two cities in cooperation with Japanese small cities, Takamatsu (Kagawa Prefecture) and Yonago (Tottori Prefecture). Korean Air flies over the Korean Strait.

Events and gifts are also worth paying attention to. Each airline is offering various gifts for passengers in addition to the duty-free shop partnership benefits and free ticket lottery.

Korean Air provides amenities that enable upper class experience for all passengers. Jeju Air presents various gifts such as Hongseong Korean Beef Set and Handon Set through in-flight events. Air Seoul prepared Conan glass cups and specialty snacks. At Jin Air, cabin crew members of the in-flight event specialty team’Delight Genie’ hold various events.

The non-landing international tourist flight is implemented in compliance with the COVID-19 prevention guidelines, such as wearing an in-flight mask and keeping the distance between seats. In accordance with the in-flight meal ban guidelines, meals and beverages are not provided.

As passengers go through the same immigration procedures as international flights, they must bring their passport and receive the same tax-free benefits as overseas travelers.
