‘Vaccine Group Immunity Test’ Israel promotes a two-week ban on international airliners

Israel, which has self-proclaimed a’vaccine mass immunity test’ to determine whether humanity can overcome Corona 19, is pushing for a temporary suspension of international airliners to block the mutant virus.

According to local media on the 24th (local time), Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held an emergency meeting with the Minister of Health, Transportation and Security and the head of the Civil Aviation Bureau the night before and agreed to pursue such a plan.

The Prime Minister’s office explained in a report that it was a measure to prevent further penetration of the mutant virus.

Prime Minister Netanyahu convenes a cabinet meeting on the same day to decide whether to approve it.

With each approval, takeoff and landing of all international airliners at Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv is prohibited. A separate flight plan is prepared for inevitable special flights for humanitarian purposes.

The Prime Minister’s office added, “If travel is necessary due to special circumstances, it must be approved by a committee led by the Ministry of Health and Transportation.”

The complete suspension of international flight operations is one of the strongest steps taken by Israel, which has the highest rate of COVID-19 vaccination in the world, to prevent the spread of infection and increase the effectiveness of vaccination.

Israel is recording a vaccination rate approaching 30% of the total population (approximately 9.3 million) by securing a large volume early on the condition of providing real-time vaccination data to vaccine maker Pfizer.

According to the Times of Israel statistics, the number of people who completed the first vaccination by the 23rd was 249,600, and the number of people who completed the second vaccination was 946,000.

Although the vaccination rate is the highest relative to the population, a serious situation unfolded in Israel last week, with the number of new confirmed cases exceeding 10,000 per day.

Mutant viruses were also confirmed one after another. Until now, a mutant virus from the UK has been identified in 7 confirmed cases during pregnancy, and a mutant virus confirmation procedure is in progress for 3 female confirmed cases.

Israeli authorities extended the period of the 3rd blockade to the end of this month, while strengthening the punishment and enforcement of quarantine violations.
