A doctor in the 50s in the U.S., who was vaccinated against Pfizer’s novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19), died. It is 16 days after vaccination. In a statement, Pfizer said, “to date, there is no direct link between vaccination and death.”
Pfizer “has no direct connection to death”
According to the New York Times (NYT) and others, Gregory Michael, 56, a gynecologist in Miami, Florida, died on the 3rd. He received the Pfizer vaccine on December 18, last year, and his death was a brain hemorrhage.
According to NYT, three days after vaccination, Michael’s hands and feet had small spots. It was a symptom of internal bleeding. He was immediately taken to the emergency room and was diagnosed with acute immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) due to a corona vaccine reaction. According to his wife, Heidi Neckelman, a blood test performed after vaccination revealed that Dr. Michael’s platelet count was zero, and he was immediately transferred to the intensive care unit. The normal level is 150,000 to 450,000 per microliter of blood, which is significantly insufficient.
If the platelet count is abnormally low, the blood will not clot. Because of this, bleeding occurs in the patient’s gums or mucous membranes in the oral cavity. In severe cases, bleeding in the retina or cranial cavity may occur.
Neckelman, who announced her husband’s death through Facebook, said, “For two weeks, experts across the country tried to increase the number of platelets in her husband, but it was of no use.” I got up and died.”
He then told NYT that “my husband had no underlying disease and was healthy and active.” He added that he has never responded to another drug or vaccine, and has protected his family and patients by wearing N95 masks from the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak.

Pfizer said, “We are actively investigating this case, but there seems to be no direct link between vaccination and death so far.” In addition, he said, “there was no stability problem related to this case even in the clinical trial and the actual vaccination process.”
The Florida Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are investigating Dr. Michael’s death. CDC said, “After investigating the case, we plan to update the results and necessary actions.”
Meanwhile, according to NYT, about 9 million people have been vaccinated against Pfizer or Moder at least once in the United States. Among them, the reported serious side effects were 29 cases of anaphylaxis, an acute systemic immune response caused by an allergic reaction. However, there is no case of death. Other side effects include temporary pain, fatigue, headache, and fever.
