As the spread of the new coronavirus infection (Corona 19) in Korea continued in various places, there were confirmed cases nationwide on the 24th.
According to the quarantine authorities and local governments such as the Seoul Metropolitan Government, a total of 372 new confirmed cases nationwide tested positive for Corona 19 from 0 o’clock to 9 PM on that day.
It is 15 fewer than the 387 counted at the same time the day before.
Accordingly, the cumulative domestic confirmed cases exceeded 100,000. As of 0 o’clock on this day, the cumulative confirmed cases were 99,000.
In the area where confirmed cases were found, 258 (69.4%) in the metropolitan area and 114 (30.6%) in the non-metropolitan area.
By province, Gyeonggi 130, Seoul 116, Gyeongnam 26, Gangwon 25, Busan 15, Incheon and Daegu 12 each, Chungbuk 11, Gyeongbuk 10, Gwangju and Jeonbuk each 5, Daejeon 3, Chungnam 2 People.
Out of 17 cities and provinces nationwide, there have been no confirmed cases in Sejong, Ulsan, Jeonnam, and Jeju.
As there is still time until midnight when the count is closed, the number of new confirmed cases to be announced as of 0:00 on the 25th is expected to increase further, reaching around 400 to the early 400.
Lately, the number of confirmed cases at night has been modest, but if a sudden group infection occurs, it could increase to the mid-400s.
On the previous day, the number of people increased by 41 after 9 pm, and the final was 428.
Recently, the number of new confirmed cases has been rising and falling around 400.
For a week from the 18th to this day, the number of new confirmed cases per day recorded 445 → 463 → 447 → 456 → 415 → 346 → 428. Except for one day during this period, all of them reached 400.

In Incheon, an additional 11 people were tested positive on this day, centering on the contacts of the existing confirmed cases, and a total of 17 confirmed cases have come out since the 20th in relation to the family daycare center in Osan, Gyeonggi Province.
In Gyeongnam, infection spread through saunas, companies, and family gatherings, and 30 people were confirmed in the province after 5 pm the previous day. By region, there are 21 in Jinju, 8 in Geoje and 1 in Changwon.
In addition, new cases of infection have emerged in music practice rooms, manufacturers, day care centers, and clinics.
