This is an increase of 233.83 million won from the average pre-sale price of 39542 million won. An official from Real Today analyzed that “as the increase in housing prices in Seoul continued, the end-users for the construction of my house turned their attention to the second new city, and the ransom price increased.”

The official added, “At the end of the creation of the new city, roads, parks, and convenience facilities are well-equipped, and the expectation of good news such as GTX seems to have played a part.”

The main complexes to be sold in the second new town include’Gumdan New Town Emiji First Fore’,’Gumdan New Town Umirin Park View’, Dongtan 2nd Daebang DM City, and Dongtan Station Paragon 2nd.

Among them, Geumseong Swan will sell’Gemdan New City Yemiji First Fore’ in April. It has a total of 1172 households, with 10 buildings, from 2 basement to 25 floors above the ground, and 76-102㎡.

Woomi E&C will present’Umirin Park View, Geomdan New City’ this month. The complex has a dedicated area of ​​59·84m2 with 370 units in complex 1 (AA8 blocks) and 810 units in complex 2 (AB1 blocks).

Daebang E&C plans to sell’Dongtan 2nd Daebang DM City’ next month. The complex has a total size of 531 households from 60 to 85 square meters. Dongtan Construction Industry will sell’Dongtan Station Paragon 2nd’ in June with a size of 84~140㎡ 1253 households.
