‘TV is loaded with love’ Yang Taek-jo reunited with Kim Hye-ri, actress Kim Hye-ri of the Women’s Guk Theater Company.
In KBS 2TV’TV Carries Love’, which aired at 8:30 pm on the 24th, actor Yang Taek-jo appeared to find the main character in the memories.
Yang Taek-jo introduced that he is walking on the path of an actor for the second generation following his father Yang Baek-myeong, who was an actor, theater company representative, playwright, and director, and his mother, Moon Jeong-bok, who was active as a popular actor. In addition, Yang Taek-jo’s son-in-law is known as actor Jang Hyun-seong.
Yang Taek-jo was shocked by saying, “I was a famous actor, but after liberation, he abandoned me and went to the north because of a twist on fellow actors.” Yang Taek-jo broke up with his mother at the age of 7, and after that, Yang Taek-jo’s mother, Moon Jeong-bok, became a famous people’s actor, with portraits appearing on North Korean banknotes.
Next, Yang Taek-jo asked to find actor Kim Hye-ri, who was the youngest of the three sisters of the women’s guk theater group’Jinkyung’, directed by her father Yang Baek. Taekjo Yang visited Jingyeong with his father on a 22-year-old military vacation and met Kim Hye-ri, who was of the same age for the first time. After 30 years after his father passed away, Taekjo Yang met with Kim Hye-ri again, following his father’s request, as the director of Jinkyung, a female national theater company.
Yang Taek-jo recalled his memories with Kim Hye-ri, saying, “He knows my father better than me.”
Yang Taek-jo was raised in the extreme care of a grandmother from Nain in the court. After his mother left, Yang Taek-jo, who thought it was a job where the family of actors was broken, grew up watching actors like Gi Ra-seong because of his father, who was the representative of the theater company, and eventually began to become an actor naturally.
Next, Taekjo Yang confessed his experience of being sentenced to a six-month time limit for liver cancer. As a result, Taekjo Yang received a liver transplant from his eldest son, and thanks to him, he regained a healthy life. Yang Taek-jo performed the operation after his son’s persistent persuasion, and after the operation, he said he had never cursed his son.

After tracking, Yang Taek-jo and Kim Hye-ri met. Kim Hye-ri laughed at the joy of saying, “Because I’m not dying, I’ll meet you like this” to Yang Taekjo. The two smiled as they recalled their young days when they were fresh. Kim Hye-ri recalled that Yang Taek-jo’s father, Yang Baek-myeong, was “too good” and is a respectable person who takes care of each actor. The two added warmth by promising a day to go on stage together someday.
