Earlier, Shoan requested that the impeachment trial be suspended from Friday to Sunday in order to keep the Sabbath, and then withdrew it. Meanwhile, out of the 16 hours given to them, they could only use 3-4 hours.
Because of this, it is predicted that the result of the impeachment trial, which was expected to be delayed until the 16th, may be pulled to the 13th.

The New York Times (NYT) said, “If a final vote on the impeachment of former President Trump is held on Saturday, it will be the fastest judgment on the impeachment of the president in US history.”
