According to foreign media on the 8th (local time), the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal for a lawsuit in which former President Trump claimed that there was a flaw in the Wisconsin voting process and asked to invalidate the results of the presidential election.
The Supreme Court did not disclose the opinions of the Supreme Court Justices or whether they disagree with the decision, Bloomberg News reported.
The Federal Supreme Court operates an appeals permit system and requires at least four of the Chief Justice and eight judges to agree on whether to accept or dismiss an appeal request.
The dismissal means that there are fewer than four Supreme Court Justices who agreed to the appeal, The Hill said. The Supreme Court has an absolute advantage in pay, with 6 out of 9 judges.
Earlier, Trump filed a lawsuit stating that the Wisconsin State Election Commission violated the constitution by enacting mail voting rules that ignored state law and expanding absentee ballots, claiming that the results of the presidential election were invalid.
However, following the first federal trial, the second trial, consisting of three judges nominated by the Republican Party, unanimously ruled against Trump.
The lawsuit is the last of three complaints filed by former President Trump in the Supreme Court at the end of his term, and the other two were dismissed last month, Reuters reported.

After losing to President Joe Biden with a gap of more than 20,000 votes in Wisconsin, the presidential race, former President Trump argued for “election fraud” over absentee voting and went to lawsuit.
