Three donkeys were caught while wandering in the middle of downtown Seoul and handed over to the owner.
According to the police and fire departments, a report was received that donkeys roam the road near Sinsa Station intersection in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 13th.
When the police walked the road as a patrol, they drove the donkeys to one place, captured them, and handed them over to the owner.
It was investigated that the donkeys were raised as pets by Mr. A, who runs a restaurant nearby.
The police issued a fine of 50,000 won to Mr. A, who neglected to manage animals, applying the law of punishment for misdemeanor crimes.
