High school 3, who received a perfect score on the SAT, even gave a surprising impression.
Today (23rd), the 2021 academic ability test (SAT) scores were announced. The total score is 6 people. Yonhap News reported on a call with Ji-woo Shin, a senior at Middle East High School in Seoul. Shin revealed the secrets of his study, his later life, and his goals, but the contents are unique.

Shin said, “I went to school around 6:30 am to 7:00 am for the whole three years of high school and read books comfortably for an hour. It seems to have helped me to solve problems.” He added, “If I study in the morning, I have nothing to study in the rest of the time, so I always read the book regardless of the field, whether it is fiction, science, or philosophy, as I can see.” The last book he read a month before his SAT was’memory’ by novelist Bernard Werber.

When asked if there were any difficulties with the SAT, which had many variables due to Corona 19, Shin replied, “Just before the SAT (due to remote classes), I was stuck at home without going to school. Originally, I am not nervous.”

Shin said frankly that he did not have a complete conversation with private education. Still, he said, “I think studying alone was more efficient than going to a school.” It is said that Shin did not do many special activities to record in the school life record. He has provided support to Seoul National University, Yonsei University, Korea University, Ulsan University, and Kyung Hee University’s pre-medical departments from time to time. Shin’s dream is to be a doctor who treats dementia or degenerative diseases. The closest goal is to pass the driver’s license exam.
