The number of confirmed detainees by institution was 666 in the eastern detention center in Seoul, 333 in the North Gyeongsang Province 2 prison, 16 in Gwangju prison, 17 in Seoul southern prison, 1 in Seoul detention center, 3 in Gangwon North prison, and 2 in Yeongwol prison.
The Ministry of Justice said that up to this day, 45 correctional institutions had conducted full inspections, and 13,334 employees and 4396 prisoners were negative.
