Attorney Park Ji-hoon, the legal representatives of Mrs. C and D, said, “We told a story that could not be said if they did not experience damage. Alternately, I was forced to (similar sexual activity such as oral sex).”
“(The victims) even remembered the shape of their genitals,” he said. The two perpetrators were strong players, so no one could stop the behavior.”
However, Ki Sung-yong’s soccer team junior said, “I talked to everyone at the time, but that didn’t happen.” Rather, they refuted that those who claimed to be victims were the perpetrators.
Mr. D, who responded to the face-to-face interview with the PD Handbook, acknowledged that he was a perpetrator of school violence in the past, and said, “After becoming an adult, I know my feelings of sorry for the victims we abused in 2004. Watching the Lee Jae-young-Da-young incident gave me a lot of courage. We were the perpetrators, too, but we wanted to show courage to the part that was damaged.”
Later, he claimed that the abuse of Ki Sung-yong and Mr. B took place in the camp. Mr. D said, “There were a lot of people. I was in the same place and location.” Mr. C also said in a telephone interview, “I was not called to Ki Sung-yong once or twice. I did it in a group. I have never called it separately,” he insisted. The two said they had been damaged for more than six months, but they were afraid that they could not report it.
Regarding this, Ki Sung-yong’s legal representative said, “There is really solid evidence that will reveal what happened 20 years ago, so please present it as soon as possible.” “We have no choice but to hold legal responsibility for the wrongdoer.”
Meanwhile, the PD Notebook side said, “There is a testimony that witnessed the fact that Ki Sung-yong and Mr. B sexually harassed them. I confirmed the testimony, but I respected the intention that they wanted them to be released in court, so I did not include it on the broadcast on this day.”
