Petitioner introduced himself, saying, “I am a mother of opposition parties who are now turning 6,” and “I am also a reporter of emotional abuse at a daycare center that appeared in the news a while ago.” One day, he asked his child about what had happened at the daycare center, and he said that the answer came back, saying, “The teacher told me that I should never tell what happened in the daycare center.”

Petitioner explained, “Because (this) was suspicious, I decided to put a tape recorder in the children’s clothes. As a result of hiding for several days, the teacher’s voice was high every day, and there were many yelling at the children.” The petitioner claimed that the nursery teacher yelled at the students or told them to’go out’ when they cried.

The petitioner told this to the day care center director and child care teacher, but wrote that he received an answer saying, “I never did that.” He said, “I said I couldn’t, so I took out the tape recorder,” he said. “I had a meeting at the daycare center the next day, but I didn’t dismiss the nursery teacher and told us to go out.”

Afterwards, the petitioner claimed that the director asked to’delete the recorded content’ at the daycare center who came back to pack his luggage. Petitioner said that the results of psychological treatment for their children were also’worst’, and asked, “Is the teacher who shouted and gave fear to the children the victims, or are the children who heard the sounds the victims?”

In this regard, the police are investigating a childcare teacher A, a childcare teacher, for violation of the Child Welfare Act. After receiving the report, the police are conducting investigations such as securing and analyzing closed circuit (CC) TVs and investigating reference personnel.
