In 2012, he made or harassed his daughter, who was a junior high school student, in a car that brought her to school. In this way, Mr. A is accused of sexual assault on 13 times until 2016, when his stepdaughter became an adult. It was revealed that the mother B did not stop her husband’s crimes, but rather participated together and sexually abused her daughter several times.

The stepdaughter became an adult without knowing that the behavior of the parents who raised her was a crime. Even after becoming a university student in 2015, sexual assault continued, and in 2016, she even had abortion surgery. However, the first trial court noted that the victim’s daughter had not been cared for by her parents as she lived in a nursery school with her grandfather as a child. The court also determined that the daughter’s statement made by the protection agency was specific and consistent. It was judged that it was difficult to believe that there was falsehood in the statement that consistently revealed the painful facts of childhood facilities several times. The daughter’s acquaintances also testified of the fact that they had seen or heard that the victim’s body was usually bruised, or that she had been swearing and assaulted by her stepfather.
