In addition, when the contract was canceled due to unlawful resale, the government resupplied the amount of contracts canceled, not at the market price, but at the level of the housing acquisition amount or the initial sale price. In this regard, while the procedure for canceling the supply contract for 41 households is currently in progress in Marine City, Haeundae-gu, Busan, for reasons such as illegal resale, etc., the residents are protesting that the developer will sell it at market prices and make a huge profit. The rules changed this time also apply to Marine City.
Contractors or developers will not be able to sell other options for the expansion of apartment balconies. Recently, controversy over the fact that the developer offered a balcony extension cost of more than 100 million won at Hyunjin Everville Apartment in Sosa, Gyeonggi-do, prevented the’cross-selling’ in which consumers tout other options they do not want by using the expansion of the balcony. For. Currently, the bulk selection of balconies and other optional items is limited to only houses under the pre-sale price limit, but the revised rule has extended this to all houses. In the future, construction companies cannot categorize options by individual items and allow those who have received the pre-sale to select more than one item at once. Local governments will check whether to individually present additional optional items when approving the recruitment of tenants.
Those who have two or more houses are excluded from the special supply of apartments for innovative cities. This will be the same as the requirements for special service qualifications for the multifunctional administrative city of Sejong City. The revised rule is expected to be promulgated and implemented at the end of March after a legislative notice, after consultation with related organizations and review by the legal authorities.
