In the future, fines will be imposed for violations of the’basic quarantine rules’ introduced to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19).

On the 5th, the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters (middle script) ended the day before the basic quarantine rules, which were enforced from the 29th of last month, and from that day onwards, a fine of 3 million won to the owner and less than 100,000 won to the user will be imposed.

The basic quarantine rules are new guidelines that apply to managers, workers, and users of all multi-use facilities regardless of the’social distancing’ stage. The rules have been strengthened and the number has been added.

There are seven basic quarantine rules: ▶ Wear a mask ▶ Post and guide the quarantine rules ▶ Manage the attendant list ▶ Periodic disinfection and ventilation ▶ No food intake ▶ Restricted access to symptom boxes ▶ Designated as a quarantine manager.

In the case of the access list, it was still a principle to be filled out by all visitors, but it was not well kept. Conventionally, there were many cases where only one representative was written and recorded as’other ○’.

The basic quarantine regulations made it mandatory for all visitors to fill out an access list, and in the event of a violation, a fine of up to 100,000 won per person could be imposed. In particular, entertainment facilities such as entertainment pubs, danran pubs, and hunting pots, as well as Collate and Hold’em pubs, were obligated to use electronic access registers, not handwritten lists, to more accurately identify visitors.

In principle, eating food was prohibited except for facilities intended to consume food, such as restaurants and cafes, and other facilities that sell food.

Previously, food could not be eaten only at some facilities depending on the distance stage, but now it is impossible to eat food at a time except for restaurants, cafes, and food sales subsidiary facilities.

For example, in the past, eating and drinking was possible in art galleries, museums, libraries, bicycle racing, racing, and racecourses, but this became impossible as the basic quarantine rules were enforced, and a fine may be imposed for violations.

In addition to facilities intended to consume food, such as restaurants and cafes, and 21 multi-use facilities other than food sales subsidiary facilities, consumption of food is prohibited in places other than the permitted areas within the facility.

In principle, facilities where food consumption is prohibited are ▶ Collate, Unpainted ▶ Direct Sales Promotion Hall ▶ Singing Practice Hall ▶ Indoor Standing Performance Hall (Reclassified as Performance Hall) ▶ Bathing Hall ▶ Movie Theaters and Performance Halls ▶ PC Room (If there is a’C’-shaped partition, you can eat it) ▶Amusement room·Multi-room ▶Indoor sports facility ▶Academy ▶Reading room·Study cafe ▶Outdoor sports facility ▶Sports stadium (viewing) ▶Ethics and beauty industry ▶Religious facilities ▶Casino ▶Round racing, horse racing, racing ▶Art museum, museum ▶Library ▶Exhibition· Expo ▶ There are 21 massage shops and massage parlors.

You can drink water or non-alcoholic beverages at singing practice centers, indoor sports facilities, academies, and study cafes, but not food. In movie theaters, theaters, and performance halls, except for water and non-alcoholic beverages, when food is sold outside the theaters or performance halls, restaurant quarantine regulations were followed.

Kids cafes and international exhibition halls are also banned from eating in general areas other than restaurants and cafes.
