According to the Daily Mail, on the 3rd, dozens of women were naked on the balcony of a building in Dubai’s busy Marina district to film a video.

The police, who were reported and dispatched, arrested all the women on charges of violating the public dignity law. Police arrested 40 people, and police investigations revealed that they were all models of Russian origin.

It was confirmed that the person who led the filming was Russian Alexei Kontthorpe, 33. He reportedly tried to film nudes here and post them on Israeli pornographic sites.

In the UAE, on the other hand, violations of the Public Dignity Act are subject to imprisonment of up to 6 months and fines of Dir 5000 (about 1.35 million won).
