The government provides an emergency damage subsidy of 5.6 trillion won for small business owners and the underprivileged class who are suffering from the third spread of Corona 19.

First, subsidies of KRW 5.1 trillion, including rent support, are provided to small business owners who have been banned and restricted due to the upgrade of their distance.

A maximum of 3 million won is paid to businesses prohibited from home such as karaoke, indoor sports facilities and academies, and 2 million won to restricted businesses such as restaurants, cafes, and PC rooms that are prohibited after 9:00.

In addition, general industries with annual sales of less than 400 million won, whose sales decreased due to Corona 19, can receive a support fund of 1 million won.

In the name of income stabilization funds, subsidies of 500 billion won will be provided to the underprivileged classes, such as door-to-door salespeople and agents.

500,000 won to 1 million won are paid to special types of workers such as substitute drivers, learning branch teachers, and caring service workers, and freelance jobs.

Taxi drivers will receive 1 million won for individual drivers and 500,000 won for corporate taxi drivers.

In addition, a total budget of 9.3 trillion won has been prepared to support the 3rd spread of corona damage, including an investment of 1.9 trillion won to support the recovery of small businesses and SMEs, emergency employment stabilization support for the unemployed, and reinforcement of the social safety net for the vulnerable.

This is more than three times the size of the 3 trillion won previously discussed.

The government believes that prompt payment is essential to minimize damage to small business owners and the vulnerable, and is pursuing a plan to provide support from January 11 next year.
