The patient’s family, who was confined in the hospital, testified that the hospital was’like hell’, infecting even uninfected people. Eventually, the quarantine authorities announced that they would not isolate the confirmed and non-confirmed patients altogether, and that one of the two groups would unconditionally remove and separate from the hospital.
