The rest of the coal power plants are also planning to implement an upper limit limiting the output of up to 37 units to 80%.
In addition, the’Ministry of Environment-Ministry of Agriculture and Food-Ministry of Forestry and Local Governments’ jointly strengthen inspections on illegal discharge activities at workplaces and illegal incineration in rural areas.
In addition to the existing voluntary reduction agreements (324) and construction sites (664), national public works (484) and government-sponsored construction sites (5,368) are also required to regularly implement measures to reduce operating hours and utilization rates. .
In addition, wastes generated in rural areas are collected intensively and the operation of road sweepers is expanded to focus on roads with high pollution, while special inspections of emissions of vehicles in operation, restriction of 5th class operation (in the metropolitan area), and intensive management of duplicate detection vehicles, etc. I decided to do it.
