The original text containing the illegal inspections of civilians in the Four Major Rivers project during the Lee Myung-bak administration was released. On the 10th, KBS reported on a document released by the National Intelligence Service after the Supreme Court ruling last year. There is also a document written at the request of the Blue House Public Relations Planning Officer, but the preliminary candidate of Busan Mayor Park Hyung-jun, the power of the people, strongly denied the involvement, saying, “I have never seen it”.

Reportedly, there are 8 documents and 107 pages of public documents related to the temple. It was prepared by the National Intelligence Service between December 2008 and June 2010 during the Lee Myung-bak administration and reported it to the Blue House. Candidate Hyung-joon Park refuted that it had nothing to do with the document. Candidate Park, who responded to the KBS interview, said, “I have no way of confirming who has requested this material in the Public Relations Office, the important thing is that I have never seen it.” He added, “I don’t know why the NIS wrote this data.”
KBS expressed doubts about Park’s clarification through additional reports. KBS reporter Lee Jae-seok analyzed that “there is virtually no possibility that the National Intelligence Service fabricated this original document and disclosed it.” At the same time, he said, “I doubt that everything could have been carried out in the real world without even reporting the document sent by the NIS to the PR planning office,” he said.
