First of all, regarding the seal of the president, the judge saw that “the daughter’s citation is rectangular and the thickness of the outer line is not constant.” It is said that the straight line gets thinner as it goes down from top to bottom. The daughter’s citations are often smeared, while the other awards all have the same resolution.
In addition, he admitted to the prosecution that he made a citation for his daughter using his son’s certificate. The judge said, “If you look at the seal of the daughter’s citation and the son’s certificate, the letter spacing, the space between the letter and the seal, and the inclination of the seal are almost the same. It is highly likely that it was derived from a single original.”

The overall format of the citation is also different.
The location of the serial number (top left of the photo) and the identification of the resident number (the mosaic area next to the name column) are also different from other listings at Dongyang University. In addition to the seal, the judge decided that the format of the citation was different from that of the general Tongyang University citation. Representatively, “The only citation with the resident number is that of Professor Jeong’s daughter.” In addition, he pointed out that “other listings have their listing number above the Oriental University symbol (symbol), but only the daughter’s citation is under the symbol.”
The judges saw that there was no possibility that Professor Hwang-sang Chung’s daughter had participated as a tutor in the Humanities Gifted Program. When looking at the check card usage history, it was confirmed that the daughter was in Seoul or Busan, not Yeongju, Gyeongbuk, where Dongyang University is located. In addition, the citation says, “The date of participation in the program is from December 1, 2010, but Professor Jeong was appointed to Dongyang University on September 1, 2011, after that,” he said. “Even if he was actually engaged in activities, there is a possibility that the period was inflated. It was also a problem that she did not submit her daughter’s citation until the end.
