It was found that the ruling of the first trial sentenced to Dongyang University professor Chung Gyeong-shim for four years in prison for child entrance examinations and private equity corruption charges was unusually 570 pages.

According to the ruling, the court judged each of the charges meticulously and judged 11 charges as guilty, excluding four charges, including business embezzlement, false reporting, and forgery and concealment teachers. Particularly in the ruling, the judge stated the reason for the sentencing and pointed out the attitude of Professor Jeong, saying, “From the beginning of the hearing of the former ministers of Korea until the closing date of the pleadings of this trial, there is no fact of honestly acknowledging and reflecting on his fault.” Also included.

On the other hand, it is known that Professor Jeong, who disapproved after the first trial ruling, immediately submitted a letter of appeal. We will immediately appeal and fight.”
