Strengthening female workforce in key positions such as bank managers

On the 3rd, the Financial Services Commission carried out a managerial figure that placed female executives forward in key positions.

According to the Financial Services Commission, first of all, Kim Yeon-joon (acting 44 times) was selected as the bank manager. This is the first time that the bank manager is the general manager (senior manager) of the Financial Industry Bureau, and a woman has been the general manager of the financial committee. The Financial Services Commission explained, “Manager Kim has accumulated extensive experience in the entire financial system such as capital markets, insurance, small and medium-sized finance, and innovation, and has contributed to the organization with excellent work performance.”

In addition, the staff of female executives within the Financial Services Commission have been strengthened by advancing talented female managers to key policy departments. Lee Seok-ran (act 44) was appointed as the head of the financial market analysis department, and Kwon Yoo-i (act 45) as the head of the household finance department. The Financial Services Commission said, “I hope that this person will become a catalyst for the talented female workforce in the financial sector and public sector to be active in key positions in the future.”

It is also a feature of this greeting that young and competent talents from 46~49 times were selected as major managers according to their ability and expertise. Representatives include Shin Sang-hoon, head of the Corporate Restructuring Division (at the time of 46 times), New Deal Finance Manager (48 times), Song Byung-gwan, head of the corporate accounting team (49 times), and Hyun-cheol Yoon, head of the Green Finance Team (49 times, 50 times).

In addition, balanced personnel were reinforced by expanding managers from level 7 and 9 public loans and showing managers from private careers (special loans) for the first time. In total, four positions, including Audit Officer Kang Seok-min, Financial Public Data Officer Cho Choong-haeng, Financial Information Analysis Institute (FIU), and Hyun-Jik Jeong, Head of the Physician Management Team, were seen as managers from 7th and 9th grade public bonds and special bonds.
