Mr. A’s testimony on this day is likely to serve as a basis for inferring Jang’s conduct as a battle between the prosecution and Jang’s lawyer is taking place on the day of Jung In-yang’s death (October 13 of last year). Meanwhile, Mr. A claimed that there was a suspicious noise at Jang’s house before. Mr. A said, “Before and after Chuseok last year, there was a sound like a woman using evil and throwing a heavy object on the wall at Jang’s house,” he said. “I thought it was a couple fight, but I couldn’t hear the sound of an adult man.” In addition, Mr. A said, “I guessed that the case had happened because detectives came and went on the evening of October 13th.” “I remember the noise I heard that morning, and I had an ominous feeling that the child might be wrong. When I searched, related news came out and I found out that it was correct.”
