On the 11th, the Special Investigation Committee on Social Disasters announced that it had requested an investigation by the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office on suspicion of attempted litigation fraud by foreign employees of Oxyrekit Van Kiser (RB).

Eligible candidates include Gerav Jane, former CEO of Chassis Shaker Rapaka of OxyRB, Jin-eung Yu, legal director of RB’s East Asia Regional Office, and former legal adviser of Charlene Lim.

They are accused of attempting to gain property gains by tricking the court with claims that are different from the facts in a number of claims for damages filed by the victims of the’Oxy-Sassak New Humidifier’ in 2014. All lawsuits were terminated by withdrawal or mediation, and suspicion of attempted appeal was applied.

In the investigation by the Squadron, they claimed that the toxicity of the oxyRB humidifier disinfectant did not appear in the trial, and it was found that they submitted the final report of the Seoul National University experiment, which was missing some toxicity results.

In 2011, Gerav Jane formed a response team with Yu Jin-eung and Charlene Lim to request an inhalation toxicity test at domestic and overseas research institutes, and the results of the test were reported to be toxic.

Professor Jomo, who wrote the test report they submitted as evidence, is undergoing a Supreme Court trial, and former CEO Gerab Jane is listed as an Interpol Red Wanted.

The committee said, “It is an obvious criminal act that the perpetrator avoided the responsibility of the disaster and claimed that it was not toxic based on the report in which the forgery of evidence is a problem.” Revealed.
