Phil Spector, famous as the’Producer of the Beatles’, died in prison at 81. The best record producer in the 1960s, he also produced the Beatles’ last studio album, Let It Be. She was convicted of murdering actress Runa Clarkson in her own home in 2003, and has served since 2009.

According to the American entertainment media TMZ on the 17th (local time), Specter died in California the day before. His cause of death has not been confirmed, but it has been reported to be related to a novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19).

Specter was born in New York, USA in 1939, and was a person who had a profound influence on the pop world. It is famous for its unique editor method called’Wall of Sound’. The technique of enriching the sound by repeatedly recording the sound produced by the instrument during studio recording was greatly influenced by contemporary artists such as Beach Voice and Abba.

Among his works, his representative work is the Beatles’ last studio album’Let It Be’, released in 1970. Specter added orchestral performances such as strings and wind instruments to the Beatles’ performance to create a rich sound. John Lennon’s signature song’Imagine’ is also a work in which Specter participated.

The fall of such a well-known master was ugly. He was arrested in 2003 for the murder of Hollywood actress Luna Clarkson at his home. At the time, he claimed that Clarkson had taken his own life. However, the court sentenced him to at least 19 years in 2009 on charges of second-degree murder on evidence of his bloody footprints and shooting debris.
