According to the amendment of the Housing Finance Corporation Act in December of last year, the upper limit on the housing price that can be subscribed to a housing pension has been eased from 900 million won based on the’market price’ to 900 million won based on the’public price’, and that residential officetel residents are included in the subscription. It is interpreted as having an influence on the back.
On the other hand, the housing pension is a product for the elderly over 55 years of age to receive a fixed amount of money every month as collateral for their housing. It has the advantage of being able to live a stable retirement life through pensions while continuing to live with the current resident.
