Chinese Tencent acquired Canadian game developer Clay Entertainment.

Clay Entertainment announced on its official blog on the 22nd (local time) that Tencent has agreed to take over most of its shares. The share of Clay Entertainment acquired by Tencent was not disclosed.

Jamie Chang, CEO of Clay Entertainment, said that even after the acquisition, the company will maintain full autonomy and there will be no change in staffing, development and operation policies.
