According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on the 15th, The Penthouse Cheongdam (407.71㎡) has been evaluated as the most expensive apartment among the nation’s apartment houses with the public price of 16.3 billion won this year.
It is 132 million won per pyeong.
The Penthouse Cheongdam is an apartment built by Hyundai E&C last year and consists of 3 buildings and 29 households.
It is known as a top-notch apartment with a view of the Han River and a hotel-class tenant service.
Since it was completed last year, there is no published price for last year.
‘Traum House 5th’ (273.64㎡) in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, which is the undisputed No. 1, rose only 4.4% from 6992 million won last year to 7.28 billion won this year, giving it the No. 1 spot in The Penthouse Cheongdam.
The third place is Hyosung Villa in Cheongdam-dong, Cheongdam 101 (Bldg A) (247.03㎡), with an official price of 7 billion 64 million won, and the fourth and fifth place are 273.14m2 and 214.95m2 respectively, Sangji Ritzville Kyllum, Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, respectively. It was estimated at 10,000 won and 71.1 billion won.
The 6th place was Hannam The Hill (244.78㎡) in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, which was second in the last year.
Among the top 10 listed apartments, Gangnam-gu was the most, followed by two in Yongsan-gu, and one each in Seocho-gu and Seongdong-gu.
